{"id":8930,"date":"2019-12-09T19:05:58","date_gmt":"2019-12-09T08:05:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.huntingdalegolf.com.au\/cms\/?page_id=8930"},"modified":"2020-02-21T15:09:25","modified_gmt":"2020-02-21T04:09:25","slug":"course-care","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.huntingdalegolf.com.au\/cms\/golf\/course-care\/","title":{"rendered":"Course Care"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>All Members and guests are requested to be aware of the following course care guidelines whilst at Huntingdale Golf Club:<\/p>\n<h4>Bunkers<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Always enter the bunker at the lowest point.<\/li>\n<li>After playing your shot out of the bunker, carefully rake all footprints, divots and holes left in the bunker. Ensure that you rake forward and backward evenly to ensure a smooth surface fill up and smooth over all holes and footprints.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all footprints all the way to exit point are smoothed behind you and if required, rake other affected areas.<\/li>\n<li>Do not rake the face of the bunker. Smooth out with the back of rake.<\/li>\n<li>Place the rake back in the centre of the bunker in the direction of play.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Please do not leave the rakes outside of bunkers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Repairing Ball Marks<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Always look for and repair your pitch mark when your first walk on to the green. Even if it was a small pitch shot, you may have left a mark.<\/li>\n<li>Repair pitch mark with a pitch repairer, starting at the back of the mark and pushing forward.<\/li>\n<li>Use repairer around all sides and slowly ease turf toward the centre of the mark.
